[CALIBK12] Bookplates from Donors

I am wondering if anyone could give me information on making donor bookplates for books and what software, company, etc. that you might use.

I have been using Avery formats for labels, and the labels come out offsetand you have to print out a whole page of them, when often you only have a couple of donations.  I was hoping for some ideas or shareware or something from all of you experienced people!
