[CALIBK12] Book plates

Thanks to everyone who responded about bookplates from donors. The majority use Word and the Avery templates to match the labels.

Carol Doerksen mentioned getting an Avery Wizard CD which allows you to make one label at a time. She said it's free at Office Depot and I can't wait to try it out.
