[CALIBK12] Promotional reading programs/activities that improve reading participation and/or test scores

I are looking for ideas that have worked in other school Districts both in Ca and across the country.  These programs can be one of a kind or part of a larger movement.  We are interested in learning the contact names of people who are associated with successful promotional reading programs and activities K-12 where students are developing better reading habits and hopefully are showing higher overall test scores.
