[CALIBK12] Used textbook Dealers

I am a huge fan of addall.com. I haven't used it for replacing textbooks
(for many of my own textbook purchases, though), but it does a pretty
exhaustive search of about 20 online booksellers and I've gotten some great
deals there (it calculates shipping, too, so you can really see how much
it'll cost you).

We give families the ISBN of the book and send them to alibris.com or
amazon.com. Especially for those who are replacing lost textbooks, they
find the book for less than  the replacement cost we charge, and the
school gets another copy.
