[CALIBK12] blogging help

I'm back to my blog after several month break and I could use a little help.

1. My avatar doesn't show up anymore when I comment on someone else's blog.
2.  I'd like to change the email address I use to log in and associate with with blog.
3.  I'd like to create a blogroll... I think.  I want to know when certain people make new posts to their blogs.

I know there are many experienced bloggers out there who probably know just what I need to do.  Thanks in advance.
