[CALIBK12] Do new Charter Schools have teacher Librarians?

FYI -
Remember the famous movie line by Tom Cruise as Jerry McGuire: "Follow
the money..." Well, EdSource has created a handy chart of state and
federal money for schools. See
http://www.edsource.org/pdf/schfin_catable07-08.pdf

One thing that I noticed are the funding categories that are reflected
in new E-RATE applications (for telecommunications networks, Internet,
and internal connections.) For example, I'm seeing a lot of
applications by Charter Schools. That makes me wonder if these new
schools are employing teacher librarians. Anyone have any experience
with new charter schools?

Thanks and best wishes.
- Jackie
