At Los Cerros Middle School in Danville we purchased two of these
near the end of the year. We haven't done any kind of an evaluation
yet, because they were only used for about a month. The kids like
them...they are very easy to operate. We laminated copies of the
operating instructions that we put in the packet which we check out
to the kids. As far as headphones...we don't check them in and out.
If the kids have their own headphones they can use them. We also
ordered a package of 50 headphones from Follett Library Resources
(for around $35.00). You can either choose to give them to kids who
need them, or sell them to recoup your cost.....50 cents would be
enough to do that.
