Hello, Jane.
I order almost exclusively from Follett and have ordered many  of their 
Follett Bound books at all of the different libraries where I have  worked.  At  a 
new school library opened several years ago, we  contracted with Follett for 
the entire collection and were very happy with the  experience.  Although I 
prefer their sewn bindings, any of their own  Follett Bound books are guaranteed, 
including the glued ones.  I have had  only a handful of problems with the 
bindings (two of them were Harry Potter  books which are difficult in any 
binding) and even after almost a year of  use, Follett replaced all of them without 
question.  I stick with Follett  because of their excellent customer service, 
extensive and exceptional  selection, superior cataloging, ease of ordering, 
tremendous website, and  history of library support.
