[CALIBK12] Possible Interview questions for an LMT

I think I need to clarify question #5. I had a nice "heads up" in an
email response. It has a few implications. In the high school district
where I work, some of the librarians are responsible to check out and
check in the textbooks. Some have an aide (tech). It may be up to an
individual school site to determine this need. Some LMTs may not
consider this part of their job description, while others may see the
necessary evil. We discussed the value of finding out what was the norm
or expectation in a school. I am learning that through discussion verbal
or via the written word, I improve my own understanding of
potentialities of thought.
