[CALIBK12] Harcourt trade and Open Court swallowed by Houghton Mifflin

Pending regulatory review, the two leading scripted  reading programs will be 
under one roof.  It has been announced that  Houghton Mifflin has purchased 
the educational and trade divisions of Harcourt  as well as Heinemann.
