subjects:

*               Biology
*               6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Math/Science
*               Statistics
*               Geometry

AND have some time over the next few months to earn money doing some science
writing...

A well-funded CA foundation is creating open source, online text books for
free use/reuse by teachers worldwide. They encourage you to include content
that you have used and tested in your classrooms or develop content that is
adopted and adapted from sources that use Creative Commons Share-Alike
(CC-SA) or By Attribution (BY) licenses.  Take a look at their Web site
