[CALIBK12] Online calendars

Hi to all,
 
I am trying to streamline some of my procedures for the fall, and would love
to find a way to keep my library class visit schedules online instead of the
old-fashioned paper way. I've experimented with both Google Calendar and
iCal, and I think either would work EXCEPT that neither (unless I'm missing
something) will let me list timeframes as periods (I want it to list Period
1, Period 2, etc.) instead of - or at least in addition to - times. Does
anyone know of online calendar software that would let me do that? (Or, is
there a way to customize that in Google Calendar or iCal?) Thanks for your
help!
