School librarians,
I'm over 18, so I can't submit my ideas, but I bet you know a group of
teens that might want to brainstorm, do some research (with your help),
and submit an idea at http://www.ruckusnation.com/
<http://www.ruckusnation.com/>
What is the next big idea that will catch on like crazy with young teens
and also get them to exercise? hoola hoops, then skate boards, then
DDR...what's next? All I could think of was some sort of
collapseable/expandable book tote/skateboard made with colorful,
recycled material. (I should draw you a picture....) Your kids will
have much better ideas. Maybe students could be given the challenge for
over the Thanksgiving holidays.
Enjoy.
