Hello Library Folks,

I just received my first order of E books and cannot figure out how students check them out.  I use Follett and see that they find the book in OPAC, open a link under the NOTES that says ELECTRONIC ACCESS: Click here to view the book.  I can even download the book to my computer.  I can even download the book with Adobe Reader, and I can  return the book, but I never check it out.  How do I as the librarian know how often the book is being used?  Also, how long does the Adobe download stay on my computer?  Where is it stored?  I have lots of questions and Follett Tech support and Customer Service is closed all day today.  Any E book users out there with answers, experience, more questions to add to mine... I'd love to hear from you!  Sandy
