[CALIBK12] software identifying copies coming out of printer

Does anyone remember the name (and where to get it) of the software
that identifies who printed each page coming out of the printer?  It
would save SO much money in wasted paper.  Our district Technology
Committee is this afternoon and I want to recommend this software to
them again.
