[CALIBK12] Identifying Printing

Thanks for all the suggestions. Note the configuration of our library:
The library is large enough to hold 4 classes.
There are 78 student computers, filled with students most of the time
There are 2 staff members and usually a teacher during classtime. No
one else is here to help during off -class times. And parents here DO
NOT volunteer or come to parent meetings.
3 printers that all 78 students can access. If one goes down they can
choose a different printer.
Monitoring closely is just not possible. That is why we need each page
to have the student's name. I know there WAS a program like this, but
can't find it in my files or by googling.
