[CALIBK12] Query: Teacher's Picture on UTube.

Connie, this is pure and simple bullying and you school must have rules 
about bullying students. Just because the person is not a student at the 
school does not mean that they wouldn't come under the same rule. It 
should cover everyone at the school and the same penalities should apply.
