[CALIBK12] Curriculum map

As I was reading through the weeding sections, I was intrigued by the idea of a curriculum map.
"Then spend a year doing a curriculum map (matching actual curriculum and  standards to your collection).  That will give you a good place to start ordering new and replacement books and reorganizing the spine labels."

As I am the Library clerk for my elementary library I was wondering what it was and how would I make one for my school.  I think it would help when we make our library purchases to have some sort of plan like this.  We only have a LMT at our middle school, and the clerks are in charge of the elementary libraries.
