Call for Presenters

Each year the Southern Section sponsors a one day-workshop in a central location within the Southern region. This year's workshop is scheduled for Saturday, March 1, 2008 and the theme is "Fill Your Bucket with School Library Ideas!" The workshop offers a great opportunity to learn, visit with old and new friends, enjoy fun and refreshments, and support our scholarship fund. Please consider sharing your ideas for great school library practices with your colleagues by volunteering to present a session. If you are interested in presenting a one-hour session at our workshop, please contact Jane Lofton at(jane at lofton.com) or Judy Davidson (jcd2108 at lausd.net) by November 30, 2007. Include your name, your topic, a brief description, and your technology needs. And, of course, be sure to get out a 2008 calendar and save March 1 for this fun, educational event now!
