[CALIBK12] CSLA poster winners

Attached is the CSLA student poster contest results 
announcement. 16 posters (winners and honorable mentions) 
will be posted on the CSLA website when Bob Skapura can do 
transfer the files. The checks for the 1st place winners 
are being mailed to the relevant schools. Thanks to all 
who participated. It was the hardest -- and best -- 
competition yet.
