[CALIBK12] Back to School Night

Our teachers are in their classrooms and parents follow with an abbreviated 
bell schedule.  I have convinced the site to hand out report cards in the 
library.  We spruce up, have the computer system with overhead display going 
to answer any tech questions about online grading system or web based 
services (web page, databases, off campus access, etc.) and serve 
refreshements.  It is a great evening of traffic and opportunity to show 
case our library and student works.  Student Org and Booster Club have 
tables with items to sale and events to promote.  Perhaps... a book fair 
would be the next add on!
