The ALA-CBC Joint Committee is putting together a program for ALA Annual
Conference in Anaheim, CA (June 26–July 2, 2008), and we need your help.
We're looking for stories about successful Children's Book Week celebrations
in school and public libraries, preferably with some element of
collaboration between the two.
We know great work is done out there in libraryland, and we'd like to share
your ideas and spread the word about what you're doing in the hopes of
inspiring even more youth librarians to take advantage of the resources
available from the Children's Book Council.
Please send stories (brief description, where it was held, any collaboration
with your local school or public library, how and if you used CBC resources,
best part of it, things you might do differently in the future, etc.)
