[CALIBK12] 2nd Set of Textbooks

Amber,
Does the second set come out of money that can ONLY be spent on
textbooks? If not, then it is being taken from money that could be spent on the
library. Does your library already have all the money it needs?
You might want to point out to your district that the only time the
state studied the "problem" with backpacks, it discovered the main problem was
tripping over them. There is a LOT of mythology out there about heavy backpacks.
