[CALIBK12] OPAC station height

You are right I ordered my new library tables without ³aprons² on the
underneath so a person in a wheelchair would be able to roll up to the
tables (we did both library and computer tables this way) easier. We also
had our shelf aisles widened to accommodate easier mobility and turning
space as well.
