[CALIBK12] Out-dated county books

[Jane Brooks]

I pulled all of our books which are c. 1999 and before.  Because we have
so many and because they are mainly used for cultural reports, do you
think that it would be alright to tape a laminated notice to them
cautioning the user that statistics within the book are outdated, as
well as listing the copyright date?  I'd like your opinions!
