[CALIBK12] Passing of Grandfather (Preschooler) - Book Needed

Dear friends,

I've been asked to recommend a book or books that might help a
preschooler (3 years old) understand that her grandfather has passed and
will not be returning home.  She knows that he was taken to the hospital
via ambulance (witnessed his having a heart attack) and is expecting him
to come home although he has passed.  This has been a very difficult
situation as the grandparents were helping to raise the child and
grandpa was fairly young (mid-40's).  The family is distraught and
doesn't know how to tell the child what has happened.  She is asking
daily for grandpa.  Any suggestions?  A story that could help?  I'm at a
loss.
