[CALIBK12] Dr. Peggy Sharp at the Santa Clara COE

Hello Everyone,
I have great news - I just booked Dr. Peggy Sharp to do a presentation
February 15, 2008 at the Santa Clara County Office of Education.  The
best part is - the all day event (8:30am - 3:30pm) is only $40 and it
includes a free lunch.  If you have seen her in the past through BER you
probably paid $180.  We have ample space but it is still limited so
don't wait to register.

Dr. Peggy Sharp is well known for her presentations about new children's
books, connecting the books to all areas of the curriculum and
motivating children to read.  She is an experienced teacher and library
media specialist and has received national awards for her creative
teaching ideas.

If you have never seen her I highly recommend attending - she is
outstanding and you will walk away with a million ideas for your
classroom or library.
