This is not a documentary, but it sure sounded interesting as I put together a collaborative project for WWII: Only What We Could Carry: The Japanese American Internment Experience (Paperback)   Another was: Remembering Manzanar: Life in a Japanese Relocation Camp (Hardcover) .  Here was a quick search for simple ideas for DVDs at Amazon.

I hope this helps. Some of the books have nice reviews. Is there a chance there may be an internment camp survivor that you could invite to your class in addition to or instead of a documentary. I bet the kids would get a personal link to that part of our history.
