Thank you to all who responded to my query regarding salaries for a LMT at a private school. Many respondents were private school employees who offered their personal insight.  Most said to negotiate for what I thought I was worth. However, I was not offered the job. 
Again, thanks to all who took the time to share their experiences and offer advice and encouragement.
