Hi Dana and other calibbers,

What a great question! The celebration will be at the School Library
Learning 2.0 conference session on Saturday @ 10:45. We will finally
meet face to face, share stories and learn who the mysterious Irma
Pince is...

This session is for all interested members of CSLA -- those who have
finished the course by 9/1/2007 (about 55 CSLA members), those still
working on it (about 100 and still registering!), and those who are
going to get around to taking the plunge sometime soon...

We have a lot to celebrate - hundreds of ideas are being implemented
in school libraries already and hundreds more are beginning to form.
Let's meet and chat about them!

See you there!

Thank you and congratulations to the School Library Learning 2.0
team. I love it. I got done 5 minutes ago and I have so many ideas
that I want to implement. I'm a member of the technology committee in
my district and I'm going to show this as an example of self-paced
learning that can be accomplished one step at a time. By the way,
which session at conference will be the gala celebration?

Hello all!
School is back in session and we're all gearing up for a busy and
productive fall. If you've been working on the School Library
Learning 2.0 course and have lots more to do OR if you've been
thinking that you've missed out on all the fun....worry not! We will
keep the tutorial up and running!

If you cannot finish by the end date of 9/1/07 - you won't get any
fun prizes, but don't let that stop you! We needed to have a
deadline. We still plan on seeing you at the conference in November
and have a gala celebration during our session. Plan on coming and
joining in. It'll be fantastic to see just who wrote all those great
ideas on the wiki and meet the folks who cheered you on throughout
the 23 Things.
Keep watching for news of new 2.0 events: a 'winter 2.0 fun' tutorial
which will provide you with updates and new links; and our new
Classroom Learning 2.0 designed for the classroom teacher and
administrator. As a graduate of the School Library Learning 2.0
tutorial, you're an excellent 2.0 leader for your site, district and
county!
Keep on working through the course! Enjoy!

Connie, Jackie and the CSLA 2.0 Team
