[CALIBK12] Problems with gmail

Hi folks
gmail addresses are subject to being taken over by spammers, who can use
the gmail address book and send spam out to everyone in a gmail user's
address book. Evidently Google is working on this problem, but in the
meantime, some spam may slip through since it looks like it is from a
legitimate subscriber to CALIB. Sorry.
