[CALIBK12] HIT: Patron History

I just talked to Tech Support at Follett about accessing Patron History in 
Destiny.  It is very easy to enable this feature.  The district administrator 
needs to login at each school and update the Access Levels in the Back 
Office menu.  Only the Destiny Administrator has the rights to check the 
Historical Info. Access box so that circulation history can be viewed.  I 
hope this helps clear up this issue.
