[CALIBK12] Poem source

[Spielman, Kathy]

This is a posting I posted to a different listserv in reply to a question. I had a few people recommend that I send this to Calib. Does anyone happen to know the source of this poem?  I did get one suggestion to go ahead and hang the poster and offer a reward to the first person that can come up with the source. I am hesitant to hang it without the source though. Many asked me to notify them if I find it.

We cut out pictures from magazines like upstart and book catalogs and pasted them on the butcher paper before we hung it.  It took millions of pictures. My TA's had a ball doing it. I asked all the other schools to send me old catalogs. We decorated 2 walls about 12 feet each, floor to ceiling even cutting out around a window. I didn't laminate them and they are still up 6 years later. We do keep glue sticking the edges. The kids, teachers and visitors to our school always comment on the walls.  And it was CHEAP!!
