[CALIBK12] prep and hours

Wow.  You folks are amazing.  Thanks to everyone who has responded to my
previous query (regarding prep time and work hours).  And if you are still
intending to respond, please do! The more information the better.

 So many of you want to know how other districts are handling these issues.
So, yes, I will put together a response to share with all of you once I have
time to go through all the mail and organize it in some cohesive fashion.
But give me a while :-)  It looks like it is going to be a big job.  

If there is one truth already apparent, it is that there is no consistency
or uniformity from district to district. But I bet you already knew that :-)
