[CALIBK12] 1802 funds

Susan,
1802 was the budget bill last year. May I assume you're referring to the one-time funds for "instructional materials, library materials, and ed tech", Resource Code 7398?  http://www.cde.ca.gov/fg/aa/ca/imlmet.asp  If this is the fund, then texts are permissible.

Last year we received 1802 funds that were directed to our libraries.  A 
question has arisen about the use of these funds.  Our Hospital school 
would like to purchase textbooks.  Is that use of these funds okay?
