[CALIBK12] books for 10th grade world history

Hello Calibers,

I have a 10 grade honors teacher who is in need of a list of books for her class.  The focus of their lesson is human rights worldwide (human trafficking, women's rights, etc).  She would like her students to read either fiction or biographies that are interesting related to that subject.  I thought of A Long Way Gone and Sold by Patricia McCormick.  I am hoping that you might know of a few more.
