Greetings Conference Attendees,

The DoubleTree is Ontario's most luxurious and largest hotel and just a stone's throw from the Convention Center.  If you attended the last Ontario Convention, you might remember the renovation that was taking place...well it is now complete and beautiful and offers excellent services.  All guest rooms have coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, boards, workstations and luxury bedding. If you want a really good cup of coffee, a nice Starbucks is located in the lobby.  There is also a full service business center in the lobby available 24 hours a day.  Award winning Porter's Prime Steakhouse provides an incredible dining experience, a bit pricey though.  For a bit less expensive serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can try Citrus West.  If you enjoy dancing and live entertainment, Misty's Lounge is a popular local night spot.  And, after a full day of informative sessions, enjoy a before meal cocktail in front of a warm, welcoming fireplace at Vineyards.  If you are staying at the neighboring hotels, Ayres Inn & Suites and Country Side Suites, you will also have excellent accommodations, a short walk to the Convention Center, PLUS free continental breakfasts each morning!
