I can't understand the issue here. Are we not supposed to be educating
students so that they can function and survive in society? Most public
and school libraries use the Dewey system. To create some other method
of organization is a disservice to the student. Any principal that
thinks he/she has the knowledge, understanding, education, and
background to create a system for the organization of knowledge is truly
uneducated and certainly shouldn't be in education.
