[CALIBK12] ``The Information Age``/Standards for free

Unfortunately, our standards can't be posted with the others, because  
they are on the CDE website, which must mean that they have been  
adopted by the State Department in an official way. Ours are still  
essentially a product of our organization.  Nevertheless, they could  
be available on our website, couldn't they?
