[CALIBK12] What I learned in Congressman Miller's office

That's the spirit, Katie! One other thing I did was offer to fax or email
the chart based on School Libraries Work! showing the measured improvement
in student achievement from various elements of school library programs.
Every staffer to whom I offered the chart asked me to send it. I have
attached the up to date chart, including the 16 state studies in the most
recent edition of the pamphlet, to this email. This data may persuade some
hesitant lawmakers.

Let's all follow Katie's advice and keep trying!
