[CALIBK12] Query: Title V per pupil allocation

Hello All,
I've finally received notification from Los Angeles Unifed that the final per pupil allocation for NCLB TItle V is $2.16. Yikes!! This is a 50% reduction from the per pupil estimate of $5.50 we were given earlier in the year. I know California is facing major cuts in education spending, but I'm shocked at this figure. Is this the same per pupil amount that you all have received? Do you know if the there is anywere on the California Dept. of Ed. website where I can verify this?
