So I am looking for a book called "student as the niger". I have searched all known resources. Any help for where I can buy this would be helpful. Hegemony is the concept I am exploring.

Subject: [CALIBK12] K-12 Program at ALA
Dear Library Colleagues,
This year's American Library Association annual conference is right here
in Anaheim. This event offers one of the most gratifying opportunities for
professional growth and development available, as well as making new
friends and being reminded of what a terrific profession we have chosen!
In addition to outstanding concurrent sessions and miles of exhibits (free
books!), the speakers and events are terrific. One of the events of
particular interest to K-12 library folk is the award program described
below. Be sure to put it on your schedule!
This year's Booklist Books for Youth program in Anaheim will be devoted
to the new Odyssey Award, given for excellence in audiobook production.
The award will be presented to Arnie Cardillo of Live Oak Media, for his
production of Walter Dean Myers' Jazz, and five honor productions will be
recognized. Speakers include Arnie Cardillo, author-audiobook producer
Bruce Coville, and celebrated audiobook reader Simon Vance. There will
also be plenty of entertaining clips from the winners. The award, selected
and administered by a joint committee representing ALSC and YALSA, is
sponsored by Booklist. Join the celebration on Friday, June 26, 8-10 p.m.
