[CALIBK12] How to look up alternative reading levels if no AR test

I've pulled some sets of books that I think my teachers might like to use for guided reading. But in order for the book to get used, the teachers need to have some idea what the reading level of the book is.
Where an Accelerated Reader test exists at Renaissance Learning, I've been using the reading level they assign by looking it up on their websites.
But not all books have AR tests.
Someone somewhere may have determined the reading levels of these books under any of the following systems:
-Fontas/Pinnell
-DRA
-EIL
-PM
-Rigby Lit
-Rigby Reads Instructional or Independent Level
-Sails
-Reading Counts
Does anyone know how to look up the reading level of books under these systems? I've been doing a google search for the title of the book and "reading level" and sometimes that comes up with something I can use, but not often.
Thanks!
