[CALIBK12] "stable" library programs

I would be willing to compile a list of "stable" California school library
programs, if folks want to send me that information. I'm a little leery of
creating a wiki for it, given the concerns voiced recently about having
the info about the possible cuts used as ammunition against us. I know
that in our district, our lack of cuts stems at least in part (a large
part) to the parcel tax passed. I am interested in seeing if that holds
true for other districts, which might be informative in terms of campaigns
to be waged.
