Multicultural stories, I don't think they are non-fiction, but they certainly ring true.

Sorry if there was any confusion. We're looking for a book of short stories, preferably nonfiction, about teenage life. It can either be written by teens or by adults reflecting on their teen years. Overall, we want something of high-interest. This will be read by every teacher school-wide to their SSR students the first two weeks of school.Thank you!

Hello. :) For the first 2-3 weeks of school, everyone reads the same
short novel during SSR. The teachers either read it to the students,
or they can watch a televised broadcast of two of our teachers reading
it. It's been very successful so far, and it's a great way to kick off
SSR for the year.

Next year we would like to try short stories instead. We were thinking
of either short stories written by teenagers or short stories about
being teenagers. We need something for both genders, and the books
I've seen so far are written by either all girls or all boys. Do you
happen to know of something with high teen appeal?

TIA!
