I am a K-5 Library Media Technician. I have been using a document camera for
2 1/2 years. It has revolutionized the way I read picture books. Everything
is visible at the same time to all hearing the story. 2nd and 3rd grade
students can be called on to help read the story. I use it for 4th and 5th
grade lessons making the lesson less static and more interactive. I have the
document camera hooked up to the laptop and projector. That way the
presentor can toggle from computer to document camera and back again.
