[CALIBK12] Target: Ideas for monthly reports

Dear CALIBBERS:

The TLs in my district are working on a template we can use for  
monthly reports about our libraries' activities. Of course our hope is  
to wow our administrative and board with all we do in the library, but  
without making ourselves crazy being bean counters all day. We will,  
of course, include the easy-to-get figures for items like circulation,  
website visits, and database use, but we're trying to come up with  
some of the less "tangible" items, such as collaborative meetings,  
assistance to parents, and ??? I feel like there must be good ways of  
capturing the valuable work we do, but in the past I haven't been able  
to even keep track of how many students visit the library on their  
own. I'd really appreciate hearing both about any good items you have  
come up with to include in reports, and about easy methods for  
tabulating statistics for teacher collaborations, student visits, etc.
