This is not a mural idea but we display student artwork all year long in our library. We cover any blank spots on the walls with paintings and drawings. We have a couple of display cabinets that we use for sculptures. We have one wall saved for a permanent gallery for AP students who donate their work at the end of the year. The students love seeing their work on the walls and it makes our library a beautiful and different place every year. Cheryl

Subject: [CALIBK12] library art
Here's a question to spark everyone's imagination!
My high school has an AP art class that is slowly but surely covering our campus in wonderful, student-designed and -painted murals.
One of my colleagues, while discussing the horrible color of the library, suggested I team up with the mural class and get the library done up.
I am totally excited by this idea! However, I have no clue what I want. We have four walls, above the shelving, and I'd love to cover it all. Suggestions?
Thanks!
