[CALIBK12] library services for continuation high schools

Dear Fellow LMTs,
I'm the first LMT (half time) ever at a small school which includes, among other programs, a continuation high school.  My mandate is to provide library services for the students and staff.  I'm having difficulty nailing down approaches that are useful.  There's no collection, and no money to buy anything.  We do have a small computer lab.  
There must be others of you out there who are working with these special students.  I'm interested in hearing what you do to engage them and meet their information needs.
