Wish I had read your plan before I posted mine. You are truly doing it the 
correct way.

You may wish to rethink "exciting year" since "exciting years" may be the 
better description. As with any kind of building, things get stuck waiting 
for something to be delivered, the wrong size shipped, changes in the 
contract, reductions when the amount budgeted is left far behind the 
amount needed to complete.

In the end, it is truly worth it, and you both will need to do a 
presentation at CSLA to show off your new facility. It would be great to 
bring along your principal and a teacher to help with this presentation. 
They will enjoy hearing the ohs and ahs from your audience.
